1. First Time: Disassemble all parts and boil them in water for 5 minutes before the first use.
2. Everyday Clean: The wide-neck design makes hand-washing easy. All parts are also dishwasher safe.
3. Sterilization: We recommend using a steam sterilizer or boiling water after every use to maintain maximum hygiene.
4. The "Response" Check: If the baby isn't getting milk, check that the nipple is properly aligned. It may take a few tries for babies to adjust to the natural rhythm.

To initiate the refund process, please provide Unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
