We do not provide exchanges or refunds.
Refunds will only be provided on items that are unavailable in your order.
Items purchased on Sale or at a discounted rate by using a coupon code are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
1. For Damaged Items
Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there are any damages upon receipt, kindly email us at support@minimeekids.com with a photo and video of unpacking of the product within 24 hours of receiving.
Upon approval, we will have the damaged item collected and replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
2. Exchanges or Returns for Damaged Products in Transit
Exchanges or Returns can be done for products damaged in transit only within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and intact in its original packaging. Kindly inform us at support@minimeekids.com within the said time frame.
The shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer. Kindly share the tracking details with us via email.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Once approved, we will provide you with a store credit (less shipping cost). We do not give credit for the shipping cost. We do not provide refunds.
3. Conditions for Returns
If an item has been opened or tampered with, it cannot be returned.
