At Minimee, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the process for shipping, delivery times, and related charges.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship products to all locations within India. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping is available for both residential and commercial addresses.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt. Once your order is processed, you will receive an whatsapp or email confirmation along with tracking information for your convenience.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Some products may be eligible for free shipping, and such details will be shown during checkout.
5. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the destination and the shipping method selected. Generally, delivery takes between 3-9 business days. For remote locations, it may take longer.

- Get By Rapido Porter Etc (Paid By Customer Only) - 2.0km to 30.0km: No minimum order, Free

- Cash on Delivery (6-12 Working Days) Orders ₹1,099.00–₹2,000.00: ₹350.00
- Cash On Delivery - 6 to 12 Days Orders 0kg–0.6kg: ₹150.00
- Delivery in 4-8 Days Orders 1.6kg and up: ₹400.00
- Fast Delivery 1+ kg (2-5 Working Days) Orders 0.8kg–1.5kg: ₹350.00
- Fast Delivery 2-5 Working Days Orders 0kg–0.7kg: ₹200.00
- Standard Delivery in 4-8 Working Days Orders 0kg–0.7kg: ₹100.00
- Standard Delivery in 4-8 Working Days Orders 0.8kg–1.5kg: ₹200.00
5.3. Pickup Information
We kindly request that you call us before coming for your pickup. This will ensure that your order is ready and minimize your wait time.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather, holidays, and logistical issues.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the courier's website.
7. Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer or unavailability at the time of delivery, the courier may return the parcel. In such cases, additional charges may apply to reship the order.
8. Multiple Shipments
In case of multiple items in an order, we may ship products separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
9. Delivery to Remote Areas
For deliveries to remote or less accessible areas, additional shipping charges may apply. If this is the case, you will be notified during checkout.
