1. Damaged in Shipping:

We understand that accidents can happen during the shipping process. In the rare event that your MiniMee Kids product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To initiate the refund process, please provide Unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
