Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

2. Exchange:
We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
