How to Use

  1. Assemble: Securely connect the duckbill valve to the flange, attach the backflow protector, and connect the tubing from the protector to the main pump unit. Screw the bottle onto the flange.
  2. Position: Center the flange comfortably over your nipple.
  3. Start Pumping: Turn the pump on. It will start in Massage Mode. Use the wavy line button to adjust the cycle speed until your milk starts to flow (let-down).
  4. Switch to Expression: Once milk is flowing, press the wavy line button again to switch to Expression Mode. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the suction to a level that is powerful but still comfortable.
  5. Clean: After use, disassemble all parts that came into contact with breast milk (flange, valve, backflow protector, bottle) and wash with warm, soapy water. Sterilize as needed.

A: No, the S2 Pro is a plug-in model and needs to be connected to an AC power outlet to operate. This is what allows it to have such a powerful, hospital-grade motor.

Q: How do I know what flange size I need?
A: The pump comes with a standard 24mm flange size. Flange fit is crucial for comfort and output. You should measure your nipple diameter and choose a flange that is 2-4mm larger. We offer other sizes separately if needed.

Q: How often should I replace the parts?
A: For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace duckbill valves every 1-3 months and backflow protectors every 3-6 months, depending on frequency of use.
