Preparation and Usage

For 6 months+: In a clean bowl, crush into a powder and mix with a tablespoon of your baby's usual milk to form a smooth paste for a first cereal. Add a little more milk for the right consistency for your baby. If serving whole, make sure baby is seated upright and always test the temperature before feeding. Never reheat baby food. Perfect as they are for older babies ready to feed themselves.
