How to Use

For cold use: Freeze the pad for a minimum of 4 hours. Place it inside a hygiene sleeve and apply to the affected area for 20 minutes. Allow at least 1 hour between uses.

For warm use: Heat in the microwave lying flat—16 seconds (1250W), 19 seconds (1000W), or 25 seconds (700W). Alternatively, warm in hot (not boiling) water for 1–2 minutes. Gently massage to distribute heat and check temperature before applying in a sleeve to the abdominal area for 20 minutes of relief.
