How to Use

To use, simply tear the perforated seal and pour your expressed milk into the bag, or pump directly into it using a Lansinoh pump. Gently push out excess air and securely seal the bag with the double zipper. Write the date and amount expressed on the tab. Store flat or upright in the fridge (up to 8 days) or freezer (up to 6 months) following NHS guidelines.

TIP: To prevent bags from sticking together in the freezer, place a piece of kitchen roll between each bag before freezing.
