3. Sterilization: Compatible with electric steam sterilizers, microwave sterilizing bags, and boiling water.
4. Feeding Tip: Ensure the teat is upright and properly aligned. Just like breastfeeding, babies adjusting to Natural Response teats may take 2–3 feeds to settle into their natural pace.

To initiate the refund process, please provide Unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
