3. Safe Warming: Avoid using microwaves to heat milk directly in the bottle to prevent dangerous hot spots. Warm milk by placing the bottle in a bowl of warm water or using an electric bottle warmer.
4. Sterilization: Fully compatible with electric steam sterilizers, microwave sterilizing bags, and boiling water.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
