To ensure your baby’s health, follow these hygiene standards:

1. First Time: Disassemble all parts and boil them in water for 5 minutes before initial use.
2. Everyday Clean: The wide-neck design makes hand-washing easy. All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe.
3. Sterilization: We recommend steam sterilization or boiling after each use to maintain complete hygiene.
4. The "Response" Adjustment: Just like with breastfeeding, it may take a few feeds for your baby to get used to drinking from a Natural Response teat. Ensure the nipple is properly aligned.

To initiate the refund process, please provide Unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, to our customer support email or WhatsApp.

Once we review the evidence of shipping damage, we will process a refund for the damaged item or arrange for a replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

2. Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage.
